Why Moko Sales exists

We saw the gap between what sales teams need and what they actually get.

Moko Sales was born from frustration. We talked to dozens of sales managers and reps who all said the same thing: feedback is too slow, too vague, or doesn't happen at all. The best reps improve by instinct; everyone else is left guessing.

After year of building AI coaching for presentations (Moko Speak), we realized the same technology could transform sales call coaching — making it instant, specific, and scalable.

Q2 2025 — Foundation

Built the core: call upload, AI transcription, framework-based scoring, and coaching feedback. Shipped single-channel analysis and the first version of the rep dashboard.

Q3 2025 — Teams & Pro

Launched dual-channel (agent + customer) transcription, team dashboards, manager reports, and the Pro plan. Started onboarding first enterprise pilots.

Q4 2025 — Integrations
